Sherita Lynch | CEO, Advocate For All and After The Final Order

With over a decade of experience in family law, human services, and conflict resolution, Sherita Lynch has built a career centered on advocating for children, families, and communities in crisis. As Chief Executive Officer of Advocate For All, Sherita leads with an unwavering commitment to justice, compassion, and sustainable impact—supporting at-risk families, building trauma-informed programs, and cultivating safer environments for vulnerable populations.

Sherita’s advocacy journey began in the courtroom as a Family Law Paralegal, where she specialized in high-conflict custody disputes, divorce proceedings, and child welfare cases. Her dedication to protecting the rights of children led her to serve as a Guardian ad Litem, where she now represents the best interests of minors in some of the most complex family law matters. In this role, she conducts comprehensive interviews, synthesizes records and collateral input, and provides expert testimony in court. Her work often involves collaborating with educators, mental health professionals, and social service providers to ensure every child’s voice is heard and their well-being is protected.

In addition to her legal and advocacy work, Sherita is the founder of After the Final Order, a conflict-resolution practice designed to help families reduce post-litigation conflict through practical and accessible co-parenting strategies. This initiative reflects her belief that family healing doesn’t stop after a court order—it requires ongoing support, skill-building, and communication planning to create lasting peace and positive outcomes for children.

As a visionary leader and founder of two impactful organizations, Sherita has designed and launched multiple family-centered initiatives focused on conflict resolution, parenting support, and community safety. Her strengths in program development include strategic planning, budgeting, staff onboarding and training, and continuous performance evaluation grounded in data.

Sherita is especially sought-after for her work with children under age 10 and those with unique developmental or emotional needs. Known for her empathy, integrity, and calm leadership in high-stakes situations, she facilitates solutions that prioritize long-term family stability and emotional health.

Her distinguished contributions have earned her numerous honors, including the St. Joan d'Arc Emerald Medallion, the Trooper's Lady Award, and several academic distinctions. She holds certifications in Human Services, Family Law, and CPS Mediation, and is a committed lifelong learner, continually refining her approach to serve families more effectively.

Sherita Lynch continues to be a trusted voice and advocate in the child welfare and legal community—where compassion meets action, and families find their path to healing.
